Need help with Microsoft Office install that won't start

We have a customer with a brand new Lenovo laptop and running Office 2019 Pro Plus.

After some driver updates, Outlook and Word will not start.

We have tried everything:
- Safemode
- Repair (both offline and online)
- Uninstall and re-install
- Registry changes on youtube

It simply will not install.

We need you to remote it and fix it. We have lost the licence after all the re-installment, so you might need to get a new licence for us.

We need this fixed today!
