Mixed Task Mapping to To Do

I'm seeking assistance in mapping tasks assigned
To me in Planner to corresponding lists in To Do
I already have specific lists set up in To Do, each named after a project in my planner. The task categorization should be straightforward: each task needs to be placed in the list that matches its project.
I don’t create a To Do list for every Planner so I would need all other tasks assigned to me in Planner to go into a General Planner list. I would also like to know how to do the flow myself afterwards so I can repeat it for future projects.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
