Create a mock-up in Microsoft Dynamics - A tool integrated with HTML Page to import and create meetings within a calendar view.
The tool will allow the users to select a meeting and generate a pre-defined list of tasks, they can assign the tasks to themselves or to other individuals, the system generates notifications.
The user can see the progress of the task (not started yet, in progress, hold) manually defined by the user
the tool will be integrated with Outlook, in view to generate emails or to create a new request within the tool or to send out materials
the tool should be integrated with What's app, where the user can create a group with some individuals and start discussing with them about the upcoming meetings.
The tool should enable to import XML or Excel data in view to update the meeting details with information about purchase orders, requisitions or additional details.
Futhermore, The user should be able to export the data from the calendar view into a PDF or Excel format.
The tool should be able to capture data in view to generate a report about the meetings, such as the duration, participants, and the tasks that were discussed.
The tool should be able to generate an automated report to be sent to the stakeholders or to the team members.
