Microsoft Word Templates altered

Have an existing Microsoft word Quote and Invoice template that I need altered so it does some running calculations and some other changes.
I will provide:
- An existing template with my logo and most of the data already entered;
- List of the Merge fields;
- Hand drawn copy of what I would like final documents to look like;

I NEED YOU TO:
- Modify the fields in the word doc to make it do the correct calculations and look the way I have drawn it up;
- Submit the copy to me to test;
- Make 1 x set of adjustments if required;
