Microsoft Teams Custom Setup

I am currently using Microsoft Teams for my small business's collaboration needs and I am looking for someone with the right skills to help us utilize its capabilities further. I have completed the basic set up but haven't been able to get my external clients properly connected to see fully functionality of the Team. Need a Teams specialist to help me figure out what I am not configuring properly.
Tasks:
- Set up Teams so I can use with my clients (all external, some on their own Teams platforms, some accessing as guests on Teams) for project management
