Microsoft Login and save Text Area to FTP

I'm looking for someone to help me build a Microsoft Login and save Text Area system with FTP. The user will need to login via a User Login system to access the text area. The text area will house text which needs to be saved to an FTP data store. The text may include lists, notes, numbers, etc. and will need to be accessible through the same login system. The data should be securely stored on an FTP server so that it can be accessed no matter where the user is. I require a reliable, secure, and simple login system that is intuitive and easy to use. The text must also be held securely and should not be accessible to others without proper authentication. If you have experience building this type of system, please let me know and I look forward to working with you.
