Microsoft Business 365 Onedrive sync/sharing support urgent

Having issues with a user intermittently not being able to save files to onedrive or share them.
"Sorry, we're unable to reach the server right now. Please try again later."
Also, getting the following errors in office:
"Sign in Required: We can't upload or download your changes because your cached credentials have expired"
"The server you are trying to access is using an authentication protocol not supported by this version of Office."
Will be online and in need of assistance at 9am-11am on 11/4 - if you can assist with fixing this please place a bid.
