Implementation of a Document Management System in SharePoint

We require the setup of a document management system in SharePoint that will enable the automatic creation and naming of different document types from predefined templates stored in a centralized document library. The system will streamline document creation processes and ensure consistency in document naming conventions across multiple projects and teams. The freelancer should also provide a secure approach to the implementation, particularly regarding access to our Microsoft 365 environment.
