Fix color attachments not opening in color

Help needed for attachments
Good morning.
I have an unusual and urgent need I hope you can figure out.
Ron who did my new logo and biz card layout sent all to me (when I get an email address I will send attachments from phone and PC to show exactly what I mean).
When I open this specific attachment on my phone and forward, the samples attached open in color.
When I open on my PC they open and send in black/grey and white.
Everything else this person and other people send me as attachments open on my PC (and everywhere) in color.
My designer says it's a setting in my 365. I believe it's how this was designed.
He runs my 365 through Go Daddy.
No one can figure this out and because of this I have to use my phone for everything and I can't adjust the logo in any way.
He has sent the new design in png and jpg and PDF. No new logo attachments work in color from my PC. NOTE all other attachments received from him (and anyone else) opens and sends in color from my PC.
I am 74. A single desk recruiter. I recently semi retired and I just want the logo to open from my PC in color. I don't have a lot of $ as I'm a tee-tiny company. But at this point what I paid for I can't use and it seems to be on my side unless it can be figured out otherwise. So pay to correct I will!
