Fix Outlook "Not Responding" Issue

I need help troubleshooting an issue with MS365 Outlook. The application becomes "not responding" and the screen grays out within 5 minutes of trying to work on email.

I've already rebooted my PC and disabled add-ins, but the problem persists. I'm not experiencing this issue with any other Microsoft Office applications, only Outlook.
