Fix my Microsoft Account and allow me to manage MS Teams and Power Automate

I am a one-person organization with no administrator other than myself.
Microsoft apparently thinks I have two different accounts: a business account and a private account. I can log in using my private account, but I cannot perform any of the tasks I need to do using that account. I cannot log in with my business account, cannot reset the password for that account, and so I am completely blocked from using the Microsoft tools, especially Teams and Power Automate, as I wish.
I need this issue to be diagnosed and the account problems with my business account to be solved
