Fix my Microsoft Account and allow me to log in to MS Teams

My Microsoft account, which corresponds to an organization with only myself in it, is a complete mess. It is completely incoherent, preventing all of the simplest operations. I need it to be fixed. In particular, I want to be able to successfully log in to Teams, which is currently impossible.
