Email Tracking Plugin for Outlook

I'm looking for an Outlook Plugin Developer to create a specialized email tracking plugin for Outlook. The main goal of the plugin is to provide detailed tracking insights on emails sent through the Outlook platform.
Key Requirements:
- **Tracking Features**: The plugin should be able to track and provide data on read receipts, link clicks, and attachment opens.
- **Client Compatibility**: The plugin should ideally work seamlessly across different versions of Outlook, both on Windows and Mac.
