Scope of Responsibilities not limited to but includes:
· Willing to work and travel independently to remote locations. Manage travel and work by self.
· Regular communication with stakeholders for appointments, gathering data and survey-based information.
· Conduct socio-economic surveys, social screening, and social impact assessments.
· Identify, document, and assess actual and potential adverse human rights impacts and occupational health and safety risks in a stone supply chain through interviews, observations, engagement with local communities and relevant stakeholders.
· Integrate findings from impact assessments across relevant company processes throughout the supply chain.
· Tracking the effectiveness of measures and processes to address adverse working and living conditions and human rights impacts.
· Monitoring environmental conditions such as noise and air pollution using measurement instruments.

Skills and Experience:
· Master’s degree in Environmental science or engineering / Social sciences / Humanities / Statistics preferred.
· Knowledge of conducting social audits, specifically in assessing Occupational Health and Safety, Human Rights and Child Labour incidents.
· Knowledge of ETI Base Code, ILO, UN, national and international standards on human rights and occupational health and safety.
· Prior experience in social audits for natural stone industry/quarry/mining sites shall be advantageous.
· Experience in maintaining, organising, and processing of large datasets and documentation.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel).
· Telugu and Hindi language speaking is preferred.
