Develop microsoft outlook PC desktop add-in

We are looking for a developer to help us develop an add-in for outlook that works for outlook on windows desktop app and web app.
The add-on will be able to:
- Read and analyze every email and send the files to our servers
- Receive inputs from our server and suggest actions (save files to specific locations, proposed responses etc)
