Develop an Word Add-in to publish on microsoft store.

I would like to create a new Word Add-In and therefore I'm looking for Word Add-in Developer experts. :)
The idea of the add-in is to store (Create, Read, Update, Delete) citations.
If you are writing an paper, it should be easy to copy and paste the citations that you have stored in the Add-in
