I want to create a custom application
The idea of the application is simple: I place a short link inside the application, and then the application opens more than 1000 browsers
Each browser has a real IP address that is different from the other browser. Then the application gives the short link to the browsers. Then the browsers click on the link and skip the link. After successfully skipping, the application closes the browsers and creates new browsers with new IP addresses and repeats the same topic endlessly.

1: The application interface should be easy to use
2: Allocate a place to add new links, and for each new link, 1,000 browsers are added to this link only, so they skip this link only.
3: The IP addresses in browsers that will skip the link are real addresses and have a source, not fake or VPN.
4: Train browsers to skip the link automatically without my intervention
5: IP addresses are addresses from real countries that I determine myself, and they must be real addresses, as I said
6: Browsers must be inside the application and not on the main screen of the computer
7: Browsers skip the link at the same time, not each browser individually
8: Speed in opening and closing browsers and smooth application without irritation
