Building solid foundations for a tech start-up

I'm building a business which is introducing AI into the world of health and safety. I have an MVP and am very close to securing funding.
I want to ensure that I have solid foundations for communication and collaboration for the project and have identified that MS Teams is probably the right way to go. I need someone to set this up for me and train me in the use of Teams and the MS365 suite as a whole. I'm also not very good at organising myself, so assistance in this would be greatly appreciated!
I also need some creative input into visuals and branding.
