Build me a PowerAutomate flow I can import into my tenant that takes data from M365 forms, stores it into SharePoint then send its to 4 people for approval

Hi, I need the following
Microsoft form submission > all data get submitted to a sharepoint list > powerautomate (flow) > approval 3/4 people on the list need to approve it > 3/4 people (approvers) need to approve it > once approved stats on the list changes to "Approved" (if not approved its status changes to "Rejected" while its awatiing aprpoval its status should be "Pending Review". On either approval or rejection submitter of form get an email with the outcome.
Need to have about 10 form fields in this, I can not provide you access to my environment I can not give you any details of form just make it a generic form I can then tinker with the settings of the flow and match it to my form once I import it.
Need it provided in a compatible .zip package for importing into Microsoft Flow.
If this goes well I have about 2 dozen flows that needs to be built there after.
