UK Auction House - Real Estate - Full Business Processes Platform

We are a UK based Land and Property Auctioneer we currently use a number of different platforms to perform the various business processes required to be undertaken within the business. We require a solution that offers a single point of entry of data, this is a ground up build of a business platform, preferably on either MS Dynamics/Office 365/Sharepoint OR Amazon Web Services delivering a fully functional public facing front end with a complete, secure backend for system users. The platform will need need to be fully customizable, with the option to employ an alternative solutions provider to manage and maintain the platform in the future should the relationship deteriorate with the original supplier.
Basically it will be a website on the front end with secure areas that will need to comply with AML and GDPR levels of security, the auctions will be live streamed so a live streaming integration is required BUT that live streaming must also be linked to a real time bidding platform. CRM, Accounting, Marketing and Analytics are all major components, they must work seamlessly with no requirement for duplicate data entry. The Database must be able to work with 100,000 active clients and have room to grow to ten times that level. Additionally the platform must be able to operate multiple businesses at all levels.
