I need an editable PDF created for my janitorial business.

Sojo Services is implementing monthly Property Inspection Reports for all managed properties and needs a way to document specific issues in a PDF from an iPad as the properties are being inspected. This document will be sent directly to the customer and to the crew responsible for the janitorial services on site. The goal is to be able to provide a detailed, professional looking document and generating/sending them as efficiently as possible. Below is a screenshot of what has been done so far to give you an idea of what we are looking for but we need help with formatting and general layout of the report.
