format mens group manual

I have written and electronically published a 60-page training manual (original in Word) for the facilitation of men's groups. It has been available as a pdf for electronic download for 3 years now. It is attached. I am about to undertake a revision of it and want a contractor to handle the necessary reformatting and new table of contents. I have not done the revision yet and want to find out the probable cost to get a contractor to do the reformating as that will effect how I do the revision.
