Super easy task:
There are two Microsoft word files, one file containing the main index with page number, another with the sub-section text. Copy the sub-section text to corresponding index, and line up indent, and page number. There are 3 sub-sections that have been copied in the main index.
Basically, it's copy and paste, while there is a little trick to do it fast in lining up. Will show you if you don't know.
