Word Tab Navigation Formatting

Job ID: 39933409

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have an existing Microsoft Word document that only needs refining—I simply want users to press Tab and move smoothly through each data-entry point. Your task is to turn the current placeholders into fully functional text-box fields in a logical tab order while keeping everything else exactly where it is.

What I’m after
• Insert text-box form fields and set a clear, intuitive tab sequence.
• Apply one consistent font and size across every field so the final file looks seamless.
• Make light touch-ups as needed (margins, minor spacing, page breaks) to polish the layout; remember, I’m “edit a already existing word document,” not redesigning it.

Deliverable
A finished, fillable .docx that opens without macros, locks the static text, and lets anyone tab through each entry field from start to finish.

If you work comfortably with Word’s developer tools, content controls, or legacy form fields, this should be straightforward. I’ll supply the file immediately and be available for quick feedback rounds.
