MS Word Report Formatting Expert

I have a draft report written in Microsoft Word that now needs a professional touch. The content is complete; the challenge is to apply consistent, publication-ready formatting so the document is easy to follow and looks polished from front page to appendix.

Here is what I’m after:
• Clean, hierarchical styles for headings and sub-headings (Heading 1, Heading 2, etc.) so an automatic table of contents updates correctly.
• Proper use of Word’s built-in styles rather than manual font changes, ensuring future edits stay consistent.
• Page layout tweaks where necessary—margins, line spacing, automatic page breaks—so sections don’t shift when the file is shared or printed.

Right now, I only need this headings-and-subheadings pass, but if we work well together there may be follow-up tasks such as integrating tables, charts, or reference notes later on.
