We're a federal contracting/consulting firm looking for a designer to build a polished Microsoft Word proposal template that our team will reuse for every RFP response. **We already have our logo — no logo design needed.** We'll attach our logo files (and brand colors, if we have them) to this posting for you to use.

## Scope of Work
**Word Proposal Template (.docx)**
- Branded cover page (our logo, proposal title, client/agency name, date, control number)
- Table of contents (auto-updating, built-in Word TOC field)
- Defined heading styles (Heading 1–4) consistent with our brand colors/fonts
- Header/footer with our logo mark, page numbers, and document classification line
- Page size: US Letter
- Clean placeholder/dummy text sections so our team can drop in content immediately

## Deliverables
- One .docx template file, fully editable, with styles properly set (not just formatted text)

## Skills Required
- Strong Microsoft Word template skills (styles, TOC fields, headers/footers)
- Experience with corporate, government, or B2B document design a plus
