Word PDF typing

I have a set of handwritten notes that now need to live in a clean, professional document. Your task is to transcribe every word with perfect accuracy, then lay it out in Microsoft Word so the content reads smoothly and looks organised—think clear headings, uniform fonts, consistent spacing, and logical flow.

Where my notes include tables or quick sketches of simple charts, please recreate them directly inside the Word file using native table tools or basic chart options so I can edit them later. Once everything is in place, export a final PDF that mirrors the Word version.
