Word & PDF Document Formatting

I have a word document (8 pages only) that mixes narrative text with headings, lists and some small tables. I want it to look polished in both Word and PDF. The goal is a single .docx file, styled professionally and cleanly with a sans-serif family—Arial is my first choice—and an exported PDF that carries the exact same layout and live chapter bookmarks.

Scope of work
• Apply consistent Heading 1, Heading 2, and subordinate styles so an automatic Table of Contents builds correctly.
• Format all tables to match the chosen style set while keeping column alignment, borders, and shading uniform.
• Insert section breaks so every chapter opens on a fresh page, with continuous page numbering plus tidy headers and footers.
• Generate the PDF directly from Word, ensuring the TOC links turn into active PDF bookmarks.
• Provide the final, editable .docx and the matching PDF. One small revision pass is included so we can fine-tune any details I missed.
