Word Formatting & Macro Specialist

I have several academic papers that need to look polished and be easier to update in the future. I’m already comfortable with the content; what I need is someone who knows Microsoft Word inside-out to take care of the presentation and automation.
Here’s what I’m aiming for:
• Consistent, publication-ready formatting across multiple papers—headings, tables, figures, and section breaks all behaving exactly as they should.
• A reusable template (dotx) that locks in those styles so every new paper starts on the right foot.
• A few time-saving tools—whether that’s a VBA macro to rebuild the table of contents with one click, or a mail-merge setup for personalised cover pages—so routine tasks stop eating my day.
Everything will be done in the latest desktop version of Word on Windows. I don’t need assistance with citations or reference managers; Zotero already handles that for me. What matters is that the final documents open without style glitches, the template installs cleanly, and the macros run without security warnings.
