I have an official Power and Water Corporation template and a draft Word document that already lays out all the required text. Your task is to turn that draft into a clean, fill-able form inside the corporate template.
All wording, headings and field labels must remain exactly as shown in the attached document—contact information, service details, signature and date sections are already organised there for you. The only interactive feature I need added is checkable boxes; no drop-downs or auto-fill fields are required.
Please keep every branding element intact: the logo, colours and font styles that come with the Power and Water template must not be altered. The finished file should open in Microsoft Word, allow users to click the checkboxes before printing or saving, and look identical to the supplied corporate layout.
Deliverable: a single .docx form ready for immediate internal use, fully tested so each checkbox works and no formatting shifts when the file is shared.
