I need a detail-oriented professional to take raw Word files and turn them into clean, consistent, publication-ready documents. The task is strictly document formatting—fonts, spacing, headings, tables, page numbers, and any light layout adjustments that make the final file look polished and uniform.

You may receive anything from short letters to multi-page reports, so flexibility with section breaks, styles and table alignment inside Microsoft Word is essential. If a spreadsheet is embedded, I will supply it in Excel; you will only need to ensure it sits neatly and matches the surrounding style.

Please be comfortable working from clear written instructions, returning each file on or before the agreed deadline, and maintaining full accuracy throughout. I will review the first file as a milestone; once that is approved, the remaining documents can follow the same template.

Deliverable: a fully formatted .docx (or .doc when specified) that opens without style warnings and is ready for direct sharing or printing.
