Word Document Data Entry

I have a collection of text-only Word documents that need to be transcribed with absolute accuracy into the data fields of my system. Every paragraph, heading and line break must be carried over exactly as it appears in the original file—no formatting or wording changes.

You will receive the Word files in batches via a shared folder. After each batch, I’ll cross-check a random sample, so please keep your own running log of any doubtful characters or sections you encounter. Typos, omissions or misplaced text will be grounds for revision.

Deliverables
• All supplied Word files fully entered into the designated platform or spreadsheet, flagged complete
• A brief error/issues log for transparency

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, fast and precise typing skills, and a sharp eye for detail are essential.
