Word Doc Formatting & Images Upgrade

I have an existing Microsoft Word document that reads well but looks plain. I need someone who can turn it into a polished, visually engaging file without altering the core content.

Here’s what I want done:
• Re-work the text alignment and line spacing so paragraphs breathe and the flow feels consistent.
• Design cohesive headers and footers that carry throughout the document—page numbers, section titles, or light branding elements are welcome.
• Tidy up all bullet points and numbered lists so they look sharp and uniform.
• Source or create tasteful, high-resolution photos and a few simple illustrations that complement the material. I’ll indicate where each image should sit once we agree on style.

I’ll supply the current .docx plus a brief on tone and colour cues. Final hand-off is a fully formatted Word file (and any linked image assets) ready for immediate distribution.
