Word Contract Auto-Populate Template
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I work in Office 365 and want to speed up the way I issue contracts. I need a Word template—ideally a .dotx or .docm—that uses the Developer tab’s content controls (or another reliable method such as quick-parts fields) so I can fill in a short form once and have it flow through the entire document automatically.
The template must let me enter:
• Client information
• Contract terms
• Payment details
Everything should appear in a clean, standard business format—no fancy styling, just professional consistency with headings, normal text, and automatic page-break behaviour.
Deliverables:
1. A fully functional Word template ready for Office 365.
2. A brief how-to note (one page is fine) showing me where to type the data and how to save new contracts from the template.
If you know your way around Word content controls, building blocks, and field codes, this should be straightforward. Let me know your approach and estimated turnaround.
