MS Word & Canva Assistant

I have a steady flow of small but important tasks that bounce between Microsoft Word and Canva, and I’m looking for someone who can handle both with equal confidence.

On the Word side, you will take rough drafts or raw notes and turn them into clean, consistently-styled documents. We will discuss how to do this with AI assistance.

Inside Canva, your focus will be visual output:
• Social media graphics that follow my existing brand palette and dimensions for Instagram and LinkedIn posts.
Beyond manual design, I’d also like you to experiment with Canva’s built-in AI generation tools. I already have mood-boards and sample layouts; you’ll prompt the AI, iterate on results, and refine them so they feel on-brand before final export.

You’ll receive a shared folder with brand assets, style guidelines and naming conventions. Finished Word docs should be delivered in both .docx and PDF; Canva work in both editable Canva links and final PNG/PDF as appropriate.
