Microsoft Word Templates

Needing some custom quote & invoice templates completed in Microsoft Word. I will provide a basic starting template with some fields and custom logo, a list of the merge fields, and a hand drawn copy of what I am wanting as the finished word invoice/Quote template. Will want to test the template to ensure it prints the correct information to match the Hand drawn version.
