Windows 11 IT Support Needed

I need help restoring my Windows 11 computer to its previous state. I've lost an important Word document and have already checked the Recycle Bin.
We do not think its been saved in one drive.
We were working on the word document two days ago, then came to carry on yesterday and the laptop had updated. We can see the file in one of the photos. I have then tried to show hidden files, and as yu can see from the 2nd photo, it did somehting and then wiped even more importatn word documents off.
Key Tasks:
- Remotely access my computer
- Restore system to yesterday's state

- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and file recovery
