Weekly Announcement Bulletin Template -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need an eye-catching yet dignified bulletin template that I can refresh every week without starting from scratch. The file has to open natively in Microsoft Word, as that is the tool I use for all internal communications.
Here is the vision: an A4 layout that balances a classic newsletter feel with subtle contemporary touches—think clean lines, orderly columns, and a tasteful colour palette that feels formal and professional but never dull. The header should leave room for a bold title and date, followed by four to six clearly separated announcement sections. Each section needs a heading style I can overwrite in seconds, optional image or icon placeholders, and enough white space so the page never looks crowded. Consistent fonts, carefully sized margins, and an intuitive hierarchy are essential so anyone on my team can update the content confidently.
Deliverables
• Editable Word (.docx) file with all fonts either system-safe or embedded
• One sample version populated with dummy text and images so I can see exactly how the finished piece should look
I’m happy to collaborate on colour swatches or provide brand guidelines if that speeds you up. Once approved, the template should be ready for immediate use, so please keep layers and styles well-named and avoid any add-ins that would break when shared across different versions of Word.
If this sounds like your kind of project, let’s get started—I’m aiming for a polished result that becomes our go-to bulletin week after week.
