WINIM Branded Office Templates

I need a polished suite of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates that look unmistakably WINIM every time someone opens them. Our logo, tagline, colour palette and approved font families must be baked in and locked so everyday users can’t tinker with styles, layouts or other brand-critical items.

Word
• Create separate .dotx files for reports, tender documents, proposals and letters.
• Build in section-specific headers and footers where it makes sense (for example, a different footer on the title page versus the body).
• Pre-set heading hierarchies, bullet styles and tables so formatting remains effortless and consistent.

PowerPoint
• Deliver a .potx with title, section break, content, and closing slides fully branded.
• Include a variety of placeholder layouts (text-heavy, image-driven, comparison, etc.) so teams can choose the right slide without breaking the grid.
• Lock masters, theme colours and fonts to stop accidental edits.

Across both apps
• Apply our full colour palette with correct RGB/CMYK values.
• Embed brand fonts so they display correctly on any machine.
• Supply a brief how-to guide explaining where to find the templates and the do’s and don’ts for users.
