Video Transcript in Word with Graphics

I need the recorded computer desktop screen content turned into a Microsoft Word document. The job is a 1:1 transcript: I want the text organised with clear headings and sub-headings, bullet points and numbered lists, plus any on-screen tables recreated in Word as seen in the video. Whenever the video shows a diagram, chart, or other graphic, simply copy-paste a still image of it into the appropriate place in the document.

Accuracy is critical—please aim for verbatim capture, correct spelling, and proper punctuation. The finished .docx should read exactly like the recorded desktop screen.
