Urgent Word Template Design

I need a modern Microsoft Word template created within the next hour. Please work in my company’s brand colours and weave the logo naturally into both the header and footer, leaving space beside it in the footer for our contact details.
The file must include clean paragraph, heading and bullet styles so any future text drops in effortlessly without manual formatting. Save and deliver it as an editable .docx (or .dotx) so I can apply it straight away.
Acceptance criteria:
• Header and footer show the logo (footer also shows contact information).
