Urgent Manual Formatting Overhaul

I have a complete draft of a technical manual that now needs to be brought up to publication standard fast. You will be working directly inside the file—Microsoft Word is preferred—using my existing style guide as the sole reference for fonts, colour palette, margin sizes and citation rules.
The priorities are:
• Headings and subheadings – apply the correct hierarchy, numbering and spacing so the table of contents auto-updates perfectly.
• Bullet points and lists – convert all free-form paragraphs into consistent, indented lists that match the guide’s typography.
• Tables and figures – resize, align and caption them so they sit cleanly on the page and cross-reference correctly.
I will supply the style guide and the current manual immediately. All changes should be tracked so I can review them quickly. Once approved, deliver a clean Word file and a press-ready PDF.
