I have a collection of business documents that exist only as scanned images and I need them accurately re-typed into an editable format. The scans are clear, but they do require the human eye to catch the occasional smudge or margin note that automated OCR misses, so I’m counting on your attention to detail rather than a quick software pass.

The final files should look clean and professional, yet only basic formatting is required—think correct paragraph breaks, bolded headings where they appear, and simple alignment for any short lists or tables that show up in the images. No elaborate layout work is needed; consistency and readability are what matter.

Please work in either Microsoft Word or Google Docs (whichever you prefer) so I can review, comment, and archive the material easily on my end. Accuracy is paramount: spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must match the source. A brief turnaround time is appreciated, but let me know up front if you anticipate any issues once you see the page count and complexity.
