Type 3 Pages into a Word document

I will send you a clear copy of an English-language printed document—three full pages in total—and I need every word re-typed into Microsoft Word. Please mirror the original look as closely as possible: line breaks, paragraph spacing, headings, bold or italics, and any other visible styling should appear in the new file exactly as they do on the page I provide. No additional design work is required beyond faithfully reproducing what you see.

Deliverable: one editable .docx file containing all three pages, laid out to match the source. Accuracy in both text and formatting is essential; I will review the final document for 100 % correctness before marking the job complete.
