Type Handwritten Resume to Word/PDF

I have a neatly handwritten resume that now needs to be transcribed and formatted in Microsoft Word, using a clean, traditional layout with Times New Roman throughout. Once the document is polished, I also need a PDF version created from that same file.

Please include a brief “References” section at the end, leaving placeholder space so I can fill in contact details later. No other extra sections are required.
