Type Handwritten Notes to Word

I have a set of handwritten notes—well over fifty pages—that I need converted into a clean, accurately typed Microsoft Word document. The scans are clear, but the handwriting varies in neatness, so careful attention to detail is essential.

Please preserve the original structure: headings, bullet points, numbered lists, and any underlining or emphasis exactly as it appears. If a section is illegible, highlight it for my review rather than guessing the wording. Spelling, punctuation, and spacing should follow standard conventions unless the source shows a deliberate stylistic choice.

Deliverables:
• One DOCX file mirroring the full content and layout of the handwritten pages
• A short change log noting any sections flagged as unclear or requiring confirmation

I will provide the PDFs as soon as we start. Accuracy and consistency matter more to me than speed, but I would like an estimated timeline for completion when you respond.
