Type Handwritten Notes Into Word

I have a collection of handwritten notes that need to be transferred verbatim into an editable Microsoft Word document. Every word, line break, and punctuation mark should match the original pages so I can reference the file without cross-checking the paper copy.
Across all pages, add consistent headers and footers; I’ll supply the exact text (and a small logo) as soon as we start. No tables, charts, or lists are required beyond what appears in the notes themselves. Accuracy matters more than speed, but if you can turn this around quickly, please mention your timeframe.
