Tree View PDF Report Template

I’m putting together a customer-reference report and need an editable PDF template that lays information out in a clear, tree-view list. The end file must be in MS Word.

The visual language is already set: company colours throughout, our logo featured prominently in the header, a footer and single page design. Typeface, colour swatches and any brand assets will be supplied as soon as we start; please build the palette and paragraph styles directly into the file so future edits stay consistent.

Key deliverables
• Locked-in header with logo and report title area
• Footer with space for page numbers and confidentiality note
• Expanded and clearly nested tree-view sections that can expand for additional detail
• All colours, fonts and paragraph styles embedded and editable

Finished artwork should open flawlessly in Word, allow my team to tab through fields, and print without colour shifts. If you have sample pages that show similar work—especially anything with nested lists—feel free to share; it will speed up kickoff.
