Transcribe Screenshots to Word
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
A set of screenshots has to be turned into an editable Microsoft Word document. Each image contains typed text only, and I want the final .docx to read exactly the same—no missing words, no added typos, and formatting kept as close to the original as practicality allows.
Where a screenshot shows clear headings, bold text, or paragraph breaks, mirror those details so the document remains easy to navigate. If you notice unclear characters, flag them with a comment rather than guessing.
Deliverables
• One proof-read .docx file with the text from every screenshot, placed in order and separated by a page break or a clear heading per image.
• A short note confirming any sections that were illegible or required clarification.
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of the text present in the screenshots appears in the Word file.
• Obvious layout cues (bold, italics, line breaks) are preserved.
• No spelling or punctuation errors introduced during transcription.
The screenshots are ready to share immediately, and I’ll be available to answer quick questions as you work.
