I have a single English file that exists only as a scanned document. It mixes printed passages with handwritten notes, and I need every word—typed and handwritten—faithfully reproduced in an editable Microsoft Word file.

What I expect from you:

• Careful reading of the handwritten portions and their full transcription directly into the same flow, preserving the original order and meaning.
• Clean formatting so the final .docx is easy to read and ready for further edits.

Automatic OCR can be used as a starting point, but I will rely on your manual review to catch recognition errors, especially in the handwritten sections. The job is complete when I receive a Word document that mirrors the source in content and basic structure, without any missing or mis-typed lines.
